Design Notes
Sticky fliC (BBa_K2845000) under the promoter J23104 and RBS B0032 should result in the expression of the sticky FliC flagellar protein. It is a truncated version of the normal fliC, but sticks to surfaces like glass or polystyrene. The motility function should be maintained compared to the normal protein. All of these features still lack more in-depth characterization.
